Pressure relief valves for oil-immersed power transformers

Pressure relief valves are designed for oil-immersed power transformers, reactors, on-load tap-changers, and other equipment to protect the fuel tank.When a fault occurs in an oil-immersed transformer during operation, overheating of the winding causes part of the transformer oil to vaporize, rapidly increasing the pressure inside the tank. The pressure relief valve activates within 2 ms to release the pressure, preventing the tank from deforming or bursting. If the pressure inside the tank rises again and reaches the opening pressure, the valve will reactivate until the pressure returns to the normal range.Since the pressure relief valve closes reliably after activation, external water and air cannot enter the tank, ensuring thetransformer's interior remains free from atmospheric contamination.

* Travel Switch: Rated IP67 for dustproof and waterproof performance.

* Oil Guide Flange: Constructed from durable stainless steel. It features an adjustable installation distance, flexible lateral
movement, and 360-degree rotation for effortless and quick installation.

* Sealing System: Equipped with two rubber gaskets: an outer ring sealing gasket and an inner protective film.

* The inner protective film effectively prevents dust and moisture ingress during transportation and storage.

* Installation Note: The inner protective film must be removed before installing the pressure relief valve, while the outer
sealing gasket must remain in place to ensure a proper seal.
