The Maintenance-Free, Self-Regenerating Breather (DIN Series) is an essential component for transformers, designed to provide an ideal solution to the recurring costs and environmental concerns associated with replacing silica gel in conventional breathers.
By utilizing an online heating regeneration principle, it automatically dries the damp desiccant inside through precise
measurement. The resulting water vapor is condensed and drained out through an air filtration unit at the bottom, eliminating the need for periodic desiccant replacement.

* Eliminates Oil Cup Cleaning: Replaces the conventional oil cup with a sintered metal mesh to filter dust and impurities from the air, completely eliminating the need for cleaning.
* Intelligent Breathing State Detection: Prevents drying during the transformer’s inhalation phase to avoid drawing moist air into the tank. The DIN maintenance-free breather intelligently identifies the transformer’s exhalation phase and only initiates heating during this period.
* No Silica Gel Replacement Required: The built-in silica gel can be repeatedly dried and regenerated through heating,
eliminating the need for replacement.
* Data Logging Function: Records operational status and parameters such as pipeline air temperature, humidity, and heater activation status for maintenance and analysis.
